"Welcome to Sundollars, can I take your order?"
A cheerful barista greets you as you enter the aromatic, dusky comfort of the coffee shop. The time of day isn't important, though it's more likely to be late afternoon or early evening. Maybe you're there for a quick grab-and-go; maybe you're there for the overpriced pastries; maybe you're there for the atmosphere. Regardless of why you're there, a full scan of the various tables and chairs will revealprovided you don't fail your Perception check, that is that there's someone here that (for better or worse) you already know.
In the quietest, darkest corner, occupying one of a set of two low, cushy chairs, is Alex. He's clearly working on something--either a reading assignment or some other kind of homework, or else his headphones are on and he's focused intently on his laptop--but the general edgelord fashion choices, the prettyboy face, and the blue-grey hair make him pretty unmistakable.
> It doesn't look like Alex has noticed you yet, but he's your team's navigator for a reason. You know he's generally pretty observant, so if you linger, he'll probably sense you before long...
> It's obvious that the seat across from him is unoccupied. What will you do...?
